createStar(x, y, radiusBig, radiusSmall, spikes);

Parameters
radiusBig   float, the outter radius of the star polygon
radiusSmall   float, the inner radius of the star polygon
spikes   int, the amount of spikes on the star polygon
Returns RPolygon, the starform polygon newly created
